Bayardstown will reopen in 2015.
Bayardstown borrows its name from the historical moniker for the inhabitants of the area and the legendary Bayardstown Boys (rats). The common space is meant to serve city dwellers looking for a unique outdoor space.
Bayardstown is BYOB and BYOM (bring your own meat)—you can bring and grill your own food and bring in alcohol with no corkage fee. With the exception of occasional food trucks, you can’t buy food onsite.
Bayardstown provides entertainment, seating, BBQ grills, a fire pit, charcoal, firewood, and restrooms. This year we added a tarp to provide some shade and keep you dry, new cassette players for personal use, and a new stage and bar area.
Anyone on the premises must be 21 years of age or older—underage guests are allowed on the premises only if accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
No fights in the lot. Take it outside.
All activities on the premises must end by 12AM.
Rights of the residents in the neighborhood must be respected at all times.
The club does not discriminate on race, creed, color, national origin, sex, or sexual orientation.
Leave excessive cell phone use at the door.
